MTAC -- Middle Tennessee Anime Convention 2011!

This past weekend, Alice Doll was able to have an Artist Alley Booth at MTAC! It was so much fun being able to dress up and meet everyone (ノ・◡・)ノ ♥ Everyone was soooo nice, and we felt extremely welcome!

This year, Matt and I were able to get a big sign for the booth! We definitely learned a lot from our last A.A table at AWA (Anime Weekend Atlanta), so I'm hoping to have this kind of set-up again! This time too -- none of my balloons popped ( ；´Д｀);;

We had a wide range of products this time -- from Sponge-cakes, to doughnuts, cell charms, rings -- we pretty much had it all AND the kitchen sink!

We pretty much SOLD OUT on Saturday (a first for us!), but we still had some product left -- which will be available on ETSY sometime in the next two weeks. (It'd be up sooner, but I won't be able to do anything until after I move @.@)

 Costumes!!

Many of the costumes I saw this weekend were AMAZING!!! I wasn't able to take so many pictures, since we were working mostly the entire time, but I was able to nab a few! I'll share with you what I have! (which.. is like three lol)

Cubone and Ivysaur !!!

This Charmander was adorable -- she had a whole bunch of other pokemon running around too, but I was only able to nab this picture!

Our Cosplays

Matt and I in the evenings decided to take a break and hang out with everyone downstairs in our costumes! It was a lot of fun dressing up for once (in something other than lolita) and being part of the cosplay scene. Unfortuneately, we were only able to stay for like 30 minutes each time, because we'd have to go back up to the room to get our rest for the next day. (Some people need sleep, apparently <_<; *cough*cough*)

So .. to sum things up.. 

 I surprisingly had a really good time! Mtac was awesome to us this year, and we're definitely signing up again for the next one in 2012!!!!

Our next con (which literally just confirmed last night) is going to be AWA 2011 -- Anime Weekend in Atlanta !!! If you're going to be out that area, definitely come find us!!
